A private session is one-on-one experience that allows your instructor to design a program around your unique needs. An individualized session is the most effective way to focus on your strengths, flexibility, and balance. You will experience how the springs on all the Pilates apparatuses will accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, and improve body alignment.
Private 1-on-1 Sessions are 55 minutes and include work on the reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel and mat which are tailored to your individual needs.
